I worked for this company while they were in the process of growing to what they are now. I think it’s important to know what a company does to build a brand. This business used to run potential customers credit WITHOUT their permission prior to an estimate appointment, ESPECIALLY in LOW INCOME neighborhoods REGARDLESS of whether or not the person said they had good credit. Additionally, there wasn’t a lot of diversity within the company, minorities were often placed in lower paying positions like canvassing and in store locations bombarding shoppers to get “free estimates” which ultimately turned into high sales pitched efforts at getting a sales person into their home. There were definitely issues with pay levels between African Americans and caucasians. I hope Power Home Remodeling Group is a much better place to work at than Power Windows & Siding but know a company’s history before you unknowingly take on its demons!

Pros and Cons
Location was easy to access, hours were reasonable
Modern day slavery practices
