We, the powertrain calibration engineers, perform the engine control calibrations. We validate the engine controls to ensure proper emissions and performance. We participate in the calibration of engines. We assess the laboratory and altitude fields. We improve the calibration of engines. We manage the pre-calibration course. We implement the calibration procedures and apply them to vehicles. As, powertrain calibration engineers, we determine the software and hardware tools. We coordinate with the engine management system. We apply different processes to specific vehicles. Our job is to collaborate with other departments and outline the specifications. We assess the hardware and software tools. We ensure to achieve calibration goals.

Core tasks:
