Job Description
Public Partnerships LLC, a subsidiary of Public Consulting Group supports individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses and aging adults, to remain in their homes and communities and “self” direct their own long-term home care.
Our role as the nation’s largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget. We are appointed by states and managed healthcare organizations to better serve more of their residents and members requiring long-term care and ensure the efficient use of taxpayer funded services.

Responsilbities:
Conduct research project to gather information and data points on the following topics:
Health outcome benefits of consumer direction Consumer direction referral and enrollment tends Cost savings of consumer direction versus traditional agency and long-term care facility placement Successful models of home care delivery, enrollment and health reporting Additional topics as assigned Analyze research results, summarize findings, and make recommendations based on findings Support PPL Enrollment Quality team with research and various project tasks. Help with administrative functions required to complete quality assurance and control processes and evaluation recommendations. This may include enrollment process audit and review functions, data entry, forms processing, and organizing documents. Responsibilities may also include data analysis using excel and presentation creation in PowerPoint. Other duties as assigned.
Qualificaitons:
Some college experience required. Prior customer service part-time work experience or internship experience ideal; part-time work experience or prior internship work experience in an office setting ideal. Experience working with persons with disabilities.

Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
Read blueprints, data, manuals, or other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustment methods, certification processes, formulas, or measuring instruments required.
Record inspection or test data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, or moisture content, and quantities inspected or graded.
Reading Comprehension — Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
