What does a Practice Administrator do?

Working as Practice Administrators, we develop and establish policies, procedures, and objectives. We ensure their adequate execution, compliance, and updates. We evaluate general and specific business conditions. We advise and assist in developing organizational objectives, and plans for their achievement. We ensure the development of systems (both manual and automated). We direct the coordination of hardware and software requirements of existing and future systems. We direct the development and implementation of organizational procedures and controls. We monitor and communicate practice progress. We consider manpower and practice needs, including facilities and technology.

Core tasks:

  • direct the preparation and maintenance of management reports
  • ensure compliance and adherence to the organization's structure
  • supervises all practice staff
  • focus on process and practice improvement initiatives
  • manage and coordinate the schedule of events, meetings, and travel for Executives supported
  • organize practice documentation
  • ensure all team members have up to date materials and knowledge
