About Practice Assistant

What does a Practice Assistant do?

Working as Practice Assistants, our primary responsibility is to provide customer services to the clients by completing their needs and requirements. We book the appointments of patients with the doctors and ensure their smooth execution. We manage the complete registrations and make regular and appropriate entries. In the role of Practice Assistant, we are accountable for responding to the phone calls of patients and listening to their queries. We have the ability to understand the issues of customers and provide them with the proper solutions or forward their calls to the appropriate department of the clinic. We work individually without anyone's coordination and cooperation under the minimal supervision of our managers.
