About Practice Director

What does a Practice Director do?

As Practice Directors, we are responsible for planning, organizing, and influencing department activities. We manage and oversee the delivery of Practice services. We maintain continuous quality improvement. We maintain operation within budgetary parameters. We interact with patients and other health team members. We work to maintain the standard of professional business service. We are accountable to the CEO for the day-to-day management of personnel. We oversee and manage staffing, timekeeping, and employee evaluations. We also track counseling, interviewing, and selection of staff within established guidelines. We create management reports and trending analysis. We also provide insight into financial performance.

  • responsible for clinical operations and financial management
  • oversee patient flow, clinical quality, and patient satisfaction
  • advise and assist in developing organizational objectives
