As preconstruction managers, we determine the costs associated with residential or commercial building projects. We evaluate all documentation associated with a project. As preconstruction managers. We also factor items like personnel expenses, time to complete, and material and equipment expenses into the overall cost. In addition to developing cost estimates, we handle the bidding process. Managing delegated projects financials, risk control, and client interactions from preconstruction to subcontract issuance.
