I was coupled with in-patient adolescents in need of mental health care as well as drug dependency. I received my masters internship there with the promise of a raise after 1 year of employment. After one year plus I never received any raise or promotion.

I would not work there as a BHT, because there are no pros and a lot of cons. You do not have an outside life. Be expected to pick up shifts too

I’ve worked with a preferred on and off since 2019, and the supervisors have proven time and time again that they are poor communicator and funny truly care about you unless you have something to offer them
