What does a Presales Engineer do?

Working as Presales Engineers, our primary responsibility is to meet with the customers and engage in sales activities at the site of customers. We work as a part of the IT sales team. Our goal is to help customers develop the requirements for their business. We also assist the clients in choosing the best services or products. Functioning as Presales Engineers, we have the ability to work cross-functionally with the sales department of the company. We prepare presentations, proposals ad develop prices. We also collaborate with the account executive to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the offered services.
