As primary therapists, we work with people suffering from a variety of disorders like depression, to help them modify their behaviors. We work with children or groups and conduct one-on-one counseling sessions. Evaluating patients, and providing multiple treatments through at-home and in-office exercises are also our duties. Some of us establish a therapeutic alliance with patients and collaborate with other resources to review the results of care. We focus on patients’ requirements and give them a structured process to gain objectives.
