Worked at PT from home, I love the company l, but managers and supervisors, and all SSA line employees have got serious attitudes, unprofessional, and if you happen to correct a supervisor, like I did, be prepared for the code of ethics to be ignored. They have a policy in place to be able to do exactly that, with NO retaliation, yet they did retaliate. Pulled me in for multiple team meetings asking why I questioned one particular person, and always felt under attack when I questioned the “inclusive and diverse” atmosphere that seemed to only apply to a targeted demographic. You will only survive at this company if you are 1, Of color, or 2, You identify as anything other than heterosexual. It really helps if you have a grudge on your shoulder and talk down to others, as this seems to be a plus. I brought it to my supervisor’s attention for almost a full two years when I was spoken down to or flat out bullied, yet nothing was done to those bullies.

Prime had good benefits but was very production oriented. It was difficult to give good patient care with the limited time allocated.

Prime Therapeutics is great company because not only do they focus on the patients we had calling in on a daily basis but they focused on their agents as well. During peak season they would come around with a cart handing out a free snack twice a week, We had cookouts every now and then. We would even have team potlucks where each team picked a particular title of the potluck, ex: We had culture day and 1 team brought Italian, another team Mexican food, another team American (Southern style, Mid Western & Cowboy food...lol)
