All kinds optional from day one with exception to 401 after 1 year wait. Medical through blue cross with excellent coverage, dental and vision, life, disability, etc. All comes out of weekly pay.👍

An advice: Before sending new drivers out on the road by themselves, you should include a comprehensive DOT Clock Class. Go over scenarios that drivers will have to deal with and to properly plan.😇

Often, fleet managers, night dispatchers, and fill-ins do more bad than good and don't take care of the lease drivers with respectable loads like they should. 😒

They have one of the best start contracts in the business, you don’t pay a dime if complete your year. Even driving 3 miles less per hour youll make more than most other starter companies.
