We, the principal investigators, play a huge role in law enforcement agencies. Our job role requires us to have management and leadership skills because we work with various backgrounds. The main responsibilities of our job include preparing and conducting research grants. We are also a part of the entire investigation, where we oversee the work of staff and make sure the grant is issued for an authentic purpose. As the principal investigators, we also manage the sponsored projects and contracts. Along with all these roles, we also ensure that the teams do everything per the law and regulations.
