What does a Principal do?

Working as Principals, we provide direction for the school. We develop standardized curricula and assess teaching methods. We revise the school’s policies and procedures. We ensure that the students are growing in their knowledge area by monitoring their achievement. We relate with parents and guardians to encourage their involvement in their ward’s education. Our role involves budgeting and sorting the financial needs of the school. We are also responsible for staff recruitment ensuring that only the best people are hired. We take care of all facilities in the school’s premises.
