As Principal Solutions Architects, we lead internal and external customer project meetings, including discovery sessions, sprint reviews, UAT, and customer training sessions while leading various discovery sessions to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our Salesforce. We design and architect various complex sales and service solutions while crafting solutions for multi-platform and specialty projects, using both standard and custom functionality. We are also tasked with assessing and recommending various improvements to network operations by integrating new integrated hardware, software, communications, and operating systems.
