What does a Process Improvement Engineer do?

In the role of Process Improvement Engineer, we are responsible for working coordinatively with the improvement engineering teams. Our primary goal is to analyse the improvement areas in the engineering processes. We prepare advanced processes by conducting research on the latest trends. Functioning as Process Improvement Engineers, we are accountable for preparing terms and conditions for the implementation of new processes. We prepare project presentations to display the impact of new processes on the existing strategies. We also review the newly designed business processes and ensure that they are free of all sorts of errors.

Core tasks:

  • assisting the other team members in their work
  • preparing plans for new processes
  • supporting the stakeholders and their businesses
  • optimising the existing technologies
  • noting the metrics of our strategies
