About Process Lead

What does a Process Lead do?

In the role of Process Lead, our primary responsibility is to organise the business procedures and control the project processing initiatives. We lead the business development processes from their initial stage to their implementation stage. We are accountable for understanding the main requirements of our customers and preparing guidelines for our team members in accordance with them. Functioning as Process Leads, we are liable for controlling the data input and continuously updating the previous data with the new records. We train and guide the newly hired team members to ensure that they perform all the assigned tasks in accordance with the company rules and customer standards.

Core tasks:

  • working collaboratively with the team members
  • participating in project reviews
  • managing our team
  • mentoring and coaching the new workers
  • solving the queries related to processes
