As a Process Manager you will execute processes that improve business efficiency and drive results by reviewing changes for complete and accurate information. You will collaborate with passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You will monitor data trends, identify risks, and propose and implement solutions to make change processes more effective and efficient across the enterprise. You will educate and support key stakeholders concerning the utilization of change processes to ensure appropriate execution.
What You Get To Do In This Role:
As a Process Manager, you will be a key member of the team responsible for day-to-day operations of Process and Change Management function, globally - This team is responsible for the compliance and governance of all change requests (10,000+ per month) across the enterprise
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives across the organization - Determine factors for compliance and enforcement
Provide training, coaching and guidance to the customers of the change management process with minimal supervision
Receive and process change requests through the Normal Change Process, including Change Approval Board (CAB)
Review change requests to ensure appropriate rigor, discipline, consistency and predictability is applied across the entire organization with respect to how changes are submitted, reviewed and approved and executed
Be a part of a tight team environment where support, loyalty, and honest feedback are the currency
We are looking for someone who has:
Process and Change Management experience and able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Process and Change Management processes in high growth and rapidly changing technology enterprise
Outstanding knowledge of principles, methods and techniques used in change management
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and very strong interpersonal skills
Must bring working knowledge and applied skills in ITIL v3 and Change Management
Ability to work independently and with a team
Effectively communicate within a team environment and across organizational levels to include co-workers, management, and customers
Occasional travel domestically
Provide after hours and weekend support for change implementation, including participate in on call rotation
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year of experience in Professional Communication Products
At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
