About Process Technician

What does a Process Technician do?

As Process Technicians, we are responsible for monitoring and improving the manufacturing processes. Our job duties may differ depending on the industry that we work in. We are responsible for adjusting machine parameters by monitoring them regularly. We are required to check the batch quality by running different tests. Our job is to detect and diagnose malfunctions in machinery and equipment and report them to the supervisor. We maintain the equipment and machinery and document each repair in the logbooks.

Core tasks:

  • ensure a clean and hazard-free work area
  • monitor and report the machine faults to the supervisor
  • maintaining logbooks for repair, maintenance, and production
  • ensure adherence to all safety and quality rules and regulations
