This is not a bad place if you need something on your resume for experience . However, communication from leadership is lacking and personnel changes occur often so you don't build relationships with those you report to. Working remotely leaves you feeling isolated and the company doesn't do much to address that. Performance expectations aren't clearly stated so you can be written up about something you weren't even aware you should have been doing.
