About
Description
As Procurement Coordinators, we primarily deal with the execution of an organization’s procurement decisions to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained while operating within the set budget. We are tasked to determine stock items to be purchased, the quantities of those items and the suppliers from whom to source the items. We spend most of our time engaging suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth running of operations. We also oversee a number of procurement staff while reporting to a higher authority such as procurement director. We work tirelessly to ensure timely, efficient and economical sourcing of required goods or items.

- working with high level independency
- communicating effectively with vendors
- selling and marketing through ERP
- coordinating logistics and procurement functions
