What does a Product Development Specialist do?

We, product development specialists, work to create plans and strategies for the upcoming products of the business. We design, execute, and manage a project and monitor it to evaluate its performance and efficiency. Other than that, we research market trends, state of industries and forecast trends to develop the product according to them. Also, we assist in the development of guidelines and internal frameworks for meeting the company’s objectives.

Core tasks:

  • coordinating with other teams to assist in the development of products
  • managing the customer service and maintaining a good relationship with other parties
  • helping merchandising teams in the development of product
