About Product Sales Specialist

What does a Product Sales Specialist do?

As Product Sales Specialists, we coordinate with the marketing and sales department in order to conduct in-depth and thorough market research, including taking customer surveys, sending emails, social media research, and attend product launches of rival companies. We also answer every customers’ product-related questions in a professional and polite manner while pitching them on new products and features to up-sell them on other products. We work and coordinate with the business and engineering teams to change certain features within the products to appeal to more customers.

  • partake in new product release events
