What does a Product Support Manager do?

As Product Support Managers, we schedule meetings with top executives to understand the company’s launch product needs and analyze customers’ positive and negative feedback to create an appropriate approach. We train the staff on how to handle calls from angry customers and provide them with guidance to fix their issues at home or send them an expert before offering a refund. We also coordinate with the marketing department to represent the company at various events and promote its products/services to a large audience while explaining how the product works.
