About Product Support Representative

What does a Product Support Representative do?

As Product Support Representatives, we work as a link or the intermediary between departments in the company and its customers. Our work is to inform existing and prospective customers of available products in the company. Our scope of work covers a wide specialization: from working as technical support, creating manuals, identifying issues of concern, installation of products, working with other personnel to promote the company's product and lots more.

Core tasks:

  • develop pricing strategies and guidelines for new products
  • provide product support and assistance to the business customers
  • proper documentation of all developing and enhancement activities
  • organize product training for staff and customers
  • collaborate with the support team to resolve customers issues of concern and problems
  • handle performance analysis of new products and modifications
