About Product Support Sales Representative

What does a Product Support Sales Representative do?

As Product Support Sales Representatives, we assist in growing the sales of a company. We are tasked with the duty of keeping well-knowledged about company products and make contacts with the customers. We maintain service contracts, handle the repair and maintenance of products, and analyze customer needs. Handling promotional campaigns, and perform product shows is also at our end. We work in a team and report regularly to sales managers.

Core tasks:

  • calling on allocated sales accounts
  • maintaining contacts with minor to mediocre clients to grow the sales
  • recommending the products and services for assigned areas
  • emphasizing maintenance services and extended warranties and follow up the repairs
  • completing call reports regularly on the provided software
  • prepare monthly sales reports
