About Product Support Specialist

What does a Product Support Specialist do?

As Product Support Specialists, our sole responsibility is to provide technical solutions and handling of products in our organizations. We act as intermediaries in between different departments and informing prospective customers of our new products. We assist in market research for the commodities and planning for the sale of products as well as response to customer feedback. We participate in periodic meetings and decision-making involving supply and procurement of raw materials for production and training of new staffs on handling products and customers, launching new products in the markets, and tracking the key performance indicators based on the companies’ set objectives.
