About Production Analyst

What does a Production Analyst do?

As Production Analysts, we ensure the optimization of all production processes within the organization. We also analyze the equipment’s output to search, identify, and correct any failure while scrutinizing other areas such as hardware problems and data storage difficulties, leading to product defects or the accumulation of useless data. We partner with other departments to determine the expected production series within the manufacturing division. We are also responsible for monitoring any on-going production process while documenting any unexpected slowdown due to malfunction or misuse and proactively identify new and potential bottlenecks.

Core tasks:

  • attend weekly events to discuss any production issue, and updates
  • set production expectations by analyzing customers behavior and requirements
  • monitor and manage the price, availability of equipment, materials, resources, and electricity
