About Production Coordinator

What does a Production Coordinator do?

As Production Coordinators, we run production lines and set production procedures along with pre-production coordination. With the set up of organization equipment, supplies and staff availability the Production Coordinators make sure everything is ready to be placed on the production process. Our coordinators and staff prepare, update and distribute crew lists, track daily progress as well as script change schedules. We let the transportation be aware of what is needed and organise courier services on time.

Core tasks:

  • delegation of tasks to production coordinators and production runners
  • work with management in coordination and planning of journal production processes
  • communication with production processes and staff team
  • guidance and supervision of junior staff members
