As Production Technicians, our role entails monitoring, inspecting, and testing the quality of produced goods in our organizations. Our work entails overseeing activities employed by workers under the production department and supplies with tools and materials necessary in production on a timely basis. We provide safety measures, protocols, guidelines, and permits to individuals entering production sites. We assist our managers in keeping updated with new production technologies and strategies to enhance quality and competitive market products. We are also responsible for scheduling training of new staff, meetings, and workshops, inspecting and reporting machine failures in the production process to the management for immediate action.
