As Production Underwriters, we are tasked with meeting and exceeding the company’s production targets as directed by the management to ensure that each deadline is respected while staying within the budget. We assist the auditing department by scanning the company’s documents and papers to ensure their adherence to state and federal laws and regulations as well as to other CRC procedures and policies and underwriting guidelines. We also mentor and coach newly hired staff members and interns on how to do the job properly.
