We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Liaison to fill a full-time position at our multi-physician, multi-site practice located in Winter Park, FL.
Overview:
Responsible to increase territory’s new patient volume and billable revenue by broadening base of referring physicians, satellites and affiliate practices and promoting name awareness/utilization among general consumer population.
Essential Functions:
•Prospects for new referral sources by cold calling, telemarketing, mailings, luncheons and attending meetings on a frequency in accordance with sales call quotas
•Penetrates and develops existing referral sources
•Coordinates practicum visits for new and existing referring clinicians at location with staff and physicians; arranges Grand Rounds for CRM physicians at Hospital locations
•May identify and assist in the development of new affiliate and satellite sites or other alternate channels of distribution
•Serves as the “voice of the marketplace” to initiate, in conjunction with the appropriate managers, operations-based changes in our services to better serve our customers.
•Identifies appropriate advertising, traditional and new (internet) media and public relations opportunities within assigned territory
•Participates as member in at least one health care community-based organization
•Represents Center at appropriate business-generating events, trade shows, community functions and patient education/outreach events
•Identifies managed care opportunities in local marketplace
•Generates timely weekly computerized sales reports and submits/presents monthly marketing results to Practice Development Manager for review and approval
•Maintains up-to-date database of referring clinicians including number of patient referrals
•Assists in educating site staff and physicians to marketing opportunities
•Contributes to team effort by maintaining an excellent rapport and working relationship between clinical services and other departments within practice.
•Works in concert with INMD Corporate Marketing Team to integrate/implement all practice-appropriate marketing/sales program.
•Other duties as assigned
•High School Diploma
•College Degree BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Health Care or Liberal Arts & Sciences
•Minimum 3-year’s experience in medical/intangible service sales with proven track record of results. Women’s medicine a plus.
•Knowledgeable of time & territory management skills. Familiarity with local marketplace/community
•Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer
•Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.)
•Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgement
•Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
•Ability to remain calm under stress
•Excellent interpersonal skills
