As Programs Administrators, we are responsible for managing budgets, recruiting staff, and establishing policies. We perform various budgetary functions and verify obligations and expenditures. We research the actual status of financial transactions and recommend corrective courses of action. Participating in operational meetings and reviewing the status of each program is one of our main responsibilities. We provide financial support for PMs including subcontract and consultant agreements. Working as Programs Administrators, we coordinate faculty recruitment and develop faculty productivity standards and reporting. We also monitor and review areas for financial improvements and efficiencies.
