The mission of the Colorado Energy Office (CEO) is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and consumer energy costs by advancing clean energy, energy efficiency, and zero emission vehicles to benefit all Coloradans. CEO develops and implements programming to support that mission and achieve outcomes within Colorado’s energy sectors.
The Colorado Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), as part of CEO, provides energy efficiency and renewable energy retrofits to income-qualified Colorado residents.These retrofits include LED light bulbs, high efficiency furnace and refrigerator replacements, building shell insulation, and rooftop solar arrays, among others. WAP operates in all 64 Colorado counties and serves Colorado’s diverse population of residents through its local service providers (https://energyoffice.colorado.gov/weatherization-assistance/service-providers) .
CEO currently has an opportunity for an Associate to join the WAP team. This role will support the WAP team in program administration and data analysis. Specifically, assisting with data preparation, running reports, creating metrics, and working to solve problems in a team. An ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis with strong attention to detail, and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Description of Job
Starting Salary Range: $60,000.20 - $65,000.00
This is a hybrid and/or remote working position.
WAP Duties and Responsibilities
Work with WAP service providers and other stakeholders to solve problems
Assist in the administrative monitoring of WAP service providers
Create and run Salesforce reports from the WAP and Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) databases
Distribute LEAP reports to service providers weekly
Conduct monthly desk audit of WAP database
Develop monthly and quarterly metrics reports
Present metric reports to WAP service providers
Assist team with planning and implementing updates to Salesforce database
Assist in data preparation for analysis tasks
Assist in creating and revising WAP policies
Participate in network-wide bi-annual meetings
Provide input during WAP strategic planning
Manage documents, spreadsheets, and other files in Google Drive
Support stakeholder engagement activities
Assist in advancing Equity Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
Assist in procurement of goods and services when necessary
Other duties as assigned

Conditions of Employment
Applicants must pass a thorough background check prior to employment.
