Description
As Program Associates, we plan and put in place programs. We get support from sponsors for creating work plans. We develop annual budgets and write regular reports. We correspond with assigned accounts to enhance the company’s position and reputation. We associate with multiple departments within Card & Retail Services and merchants. We ensure a smooth wind-down process. We support diversity and reflect the Company's brand by promoting a related environment. By Utilizing the IEL database, family websites, and direct mailing strategies, we coordinate the dissemination of program publications and products. We represent the organization overview in presentations to educators and community groups. Working as Program Associates, we assist in producing program materials.
Core tasks:
- documenting program activities through weekly summaries of activity in the sales database
- assisting in planning and arrangement of retreats, conferences, and meetings
- maintaining routine correspondence with project funders, partners, and other stakeholders
- maintaining interaction with people through phone calls, newsletters, and mass mailings
