What does a Program Specialist do?

Working as Program Specialists, our responsibilities include the management and coordination of all aspects of various programs in an organization, communicating with various stakeholders, implementation of program policies and many more. We oversee every program's budget, funding, staff, execution and so on from start to finish.

Core tasks:

  • oversee the planning and coordination of novel activities
  • provide consulting services in the areas of compliance with laws, company procedures and policies
  • report feedback on the failures or successes of projects and activities
  • process all forms of paperwork including deliverables and the rest
