We implement organization policies and oversee purchasing supplies. We solve customer inquiries and research the needs and interests of beneficiaries. We develop and manage the activity calendar including planning and executing events. We oversee all supervisory aspects of a program. We provide ongoing informal and periodic formal feedback to the appropriate personnel. We ensure the planning and implementation of all program activities.
