About Program Support Specialist

What does a Program Support Specialist do?

As Program Support Specialists, we assist the technical staff in the preparation of various program documents and correspondence, including authorization documents, action memos, and waivers. We are also tasked with ensuring that all documentation is correctly completed in accordance with USAID rules, regulations, and standards while maintain and providing adequate assistance with administrative and financial tracking systems. We also assist in the company’s UI/UX design and maintain the spreadsheets and databases to support the company’s systems.

Core tasks:

  • plan, analyze, and organize technical or statistical information as required
  • draft new program communications strategies
  • collect and compile critical data
