As Program Technicians, we are responsible for providing customer and administrative support. We maintain sensitive documents, answer customer inquiries, explain program procedures, and process payments. Resolving computer software and application issues is one of our main responsibilities. We keep a record of resolution reports and customer files and process payments for program installation and updates. Working as Program Technicians, we process independent corrections and prepare packets and room for the presentation. We also train in CPR, first aid, and emergency procedures, and physical intervention.
