I had always wanted to work for Progressive for the past ten years, but had another job I loved. Working at Progressive was stressful but I enjoyed, because I love assisting people. Then when I took off to my Mom to her brother's funeral even talking with my Supervisor i was written up. Then about 40 days I lose my Mom. Got wrote up for taking 3 extra days to mourn her death. Plus they didn't even bother to send me a card or flowers.

Working at Progressive was an experience of a life time. The workers are so nice and helpful. The company itself was amazing to work at. They offer many perks just being an employee.

They will tell you that the job is not a 40 hr a week job and that is the truth try more like 50/60 hrs a week. But you still have to do the job in 40 hrs or get fired. If you appreciate a good work/line balance, this is not the job for you.!

Expect to receive 30-35 calls a day. By the time your shift is over you are exhausted. The thing I liked about it was that I got to work from home.
