Description

As project administrators, we provide support to project managers by performing the administrative functions related to a project. According to the nature of the project, this can include contract/document management, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, expense tracking/accounting support, reporting, and more. We need to interface and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, so good communication is key. From this role we may advance to a project managerial position.

Core tasks:

  • coordinating meetings and taking minutes
  • organizing events, venues
  • providing administrative support to project team
  • managing suppliers, preparing contracts
  • tracking expenditures
  • keeping update on compliance regulations
  • creating and delivering progress reports and presentations
