Job Description

IT Project Coordinator

Bridgewater, NJ

12 month contract-to-hire

$25-28/hr (depends on experience)




As the Jr. IT Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in streamlining processes for an enterprise divestiture initiative. You will work cross-functionally to understand project scope, coordinate timelines and perform gap analysis on an ongoing basis. You will be responsible for liaising between the technical and business groups. You will aid in the scheduling of technical implementations, tracking billing, reviewing, performing and triaging business requests as needed.




Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business

· Comprehensive understanding of SDLC

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

· Ability to multitask

· Ability to travel required (up to 40%)




Responsibilities:

· Communicate cross-functionally across technology and business stakeholders regarding an enterprise divestiture project

· Coordinate timelines, project scope and budgeting

· Analyze business requirements and requests to ensure alignment across internal business stakeholders, technology team members and external vendors

· Create decks and presentations surrounding upcoming project updates for meetings

· Organize, coordinate and sometimes lead team calls, meetings and events

· Travel to up to 15 national and international sites to better serve project needs

TASKS

  • Supervise the work of office, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
