PCG looking for a Project Coordinator to ensure time sensitive activities are completed and up to date, providing continuity across all regions.
Our ideal candidate:
Technical experience such as engineering or construction.
Ability to respond in a professional manner to all inquiries through verbal and written communications and follow up as appropriate.
Able to proactively communicate with the Data & Records Management Supervisor
Gather, analyze, translate and deliver information in clear, concise and meaningful formats based on specific project and/or program requirements.
Support overall compliance/project management projects
Monitor compliance of required project documents, noting discrepancies, researching and reviewing with engineering personnel and consultants to determine the appropriate action.
Create, delete, and manage a multitude of asset, project, equipment, & miscellaneous Project folders and folder structures within the ProjectWise Database. Manage Project folder and folder metadata properties.
Control the Check in/out of model files and model validation at multiple stages of a project.
Validate and Transfer of files from SharePoint to ProjectWise.
Daily verification of CIP Compliance in ProjectWise
Identify gaps or inefficiencies within existing policies and working with stakeholders and peers to develop business process improvements.
Review non-technical aspects of drawing packages to ensure quality, consistency and accuracy of packages being transmitted.
Perform error tracking and substantive review of content under deadline pressure and ensuring content meets established CAD standards by reviewing the CAD standards compliance report.
Ensure accurate documentation of Legacy Transmission files by scanning and electronically filing older paper files into appropriate locations within the ProjectWise file management system.
Create and publish regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports to be supplied to management to ensure project compliance.
Create/maintain Asset folder structures within ProjectWise.
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Strong organizational skills and attentive to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be eligible to work as Full-Time W-2 employees of PCG. Sub-contracting is not available for this position.
This position includes a competitive compensation package which includes salary, hourly compensation and full benefits.
