About Project Coordinator

What does a Project Coordinator do?

As Project Coordinators, we are responsible for ensuring the project is running smoothly and within budget. We plan certain parts of the project, monitor its progress, and coordinate meetings. We oversee members of the project team and assist project management teams with the coordination of resources and equipment. Organizing projects and maintaining project plans and schedules is one of our main responsibilities. We attend and participate in stakeholder meetings and prepare necessary documents and presentations. Working as Project Coordinators, we provide administrative support and undertake project tasks as required. We also develop project strategies and assess project risks.

  • ensure management of stakeholder views
  • facilitate meetings to all project team members
  • create project management calendar
