About
Description
As project facilitators, we are part of a project team. The exact nature of our work depends on the type of the project, but in general we are responsible for guiding the team through the project lifecycles, representing and reminding them of the master plan objectives. We work closely with project managers and other stakeholders. Our role is different from the project managerial one in that it solely focuses on the assigned project’s set objectives.
Core tasks:
- initiating and circulating communication relevant to project
- regularly reviewing project progress
- keeping project plan up to date
- providing mentorship to team members
- assisting project manager in conflict resolution
