About Property Adjuster

What does a Property Adjuster do?

As Property Adjusters, we inspect property damages to determine the amount of money an insurance company is supposed to pay the clients. We inspect businesses, homes, and automobiles to determine payments. Our responsibility involves interviewing claimants, conducting research, analyse police records and inspect the properties. We investigate the onsite loss and make adjustments to all the elements of property losses. We also handle moderate to complex claims assigned to us by our supervisors. It is our responsibility to identify suspicions on reported losses to curb incidences of defrauding insurance companies. We also assist our supervisors to investigate very complex claims.
