The Property Administrator reports to and works closely with the managers to provide
administrative and general assistance--to the entire office. Acts as an additional point of contact for each manager in order to respond to tenants timely. -- Specifically, the Property Administrator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following items:----------

Place requests for dumpster change outs and chart to proper accounts --

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration--preferred, but not required.
Minimum 1-3 years of administrative experience
Commercial property management experience a plus
Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office
Must be costumer-focused
Good--organizational, time management, and communication skills.

TASKS

  • Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of commercial, industrial, or residential properties.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for commercial or residential properties.
  • Direct collection of monthly assessments, rental fees, and deposits and payment of insurance premiums, mortgage, taxes, and incurred operating expenses.
  • Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.

  • Economics and AccountingKnowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
  • Sales and MarketingKnowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
