About Property Appraiser

What does a Property Appraiser do?

As property appraisers, we research and examine the property for valuation purposes. We offer appraisers for taxes and modern construction. We verify the legal information from the public records. We inspect the properties and note down the features. Our duties include photographing the properties, the interiors, and exteriors. We analyze other properties and create the values. Some of us also write our own property valuation reports. We maintain the data for every property. We analyze the roof and foundation of the buildings. We suggest the renovation services for buildings. Our duties include checking the initial appraisals and lease records. We also record the research.

Core tasks:

  • valuating the properties for tax purposes
  • ensuring the accuracy of appraisal reports
  • keeping the database of properties, such as history, owner, and features
