What does a Property Assistant do?

As Property Assistants, we maintain key coordination actions with employees and clients for a variety of activities encompassing repairs, maintenance, assistance, development and comprehensive and elucidated report management system. With the help and support of the property department, we make sure that the database of properties is up to date and properly maintained. We post a day to day functions and effective cost management strategies to ensure the comprehensible flow of communication reports and contracts on site. Our assistance in the monitoring of day to day activities of property management will make service contracts for the site easier and convenient to handle.
