About Property Claims Manager

What does a Property Claims Manager do?

As Property Claims Managers, we are responsible for resolving property damages based on the nature of the cover, verification, and appraisal. We ensure sound and complete claim resettlement, investigations under insurance company statutes and procedures. Our role involves designing and implementing procedures and policies for insurance claims. It is our responsibility to provide services to the requirements of business and ensuring professional handling of claims and insurance issues. we evaluate the new claims and effectively administer data integrity and accurately community the reports to relevant departments. We provide relevant training to junior members of staff and design duty programs and coordinate the HR.

Core tasks:

  • providing training to junior staff
  • reviewing property damages and amicably resolving them
  • ensuring successful completion of claims
  • investigating insurance claims to eliminate instances of fraud
